Thanks to a policy of open dialogue and a suitable communication procedure, ORAPI helps investors and shareholders understand the Group’s strategy and ambitions.
ORAPI publishes an Annual Report and consolidated accounts (half-year and annual) and drafts reference material authorised by the AMF.

DIVIDENDS
The AGM held on 26 April 2019 approved the resolution proposing that no dividends be distributed regarding 2018 fiscal year.

GENERAL MEETING
The last Combined General Meeting took place on 26 April 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 12, rue Pierre Mendès-France in Vaulx-en-Velin.
